The cost for our standard mortgage capacity assessment is £345.00. If you require your capacity to mortgage based on other financial situation an additional £50.00 per scenario will be charged. Please contact our expert, Natasha Phillips, before making any payment so she can ensure that you are paying the correct amount for any additional scenarios.  

If you are instructing us on a joint basis the cost for the report will be £600.00. This will provide details of your client and the divorcing partner with 1 report confirming both parties mortgage capacity.  

Occasionally, based on your likely finances post divorce you just won't be able to obtain a mortgage.  Therefore, we also have the "No Mortgage Capacity Report" which then gives you the proof you need for your proceedings.  To reflect the reduced time it can take us to produce this type report it typically costs £175.00

Our normal turnaround time for the completion of an assessment is 10 working days, however, if your court date is imminent and you need your report urgently you can buy our Express Service to ensure your report is with you as soon as possible by email in a downloadable format. The Express Service can be purchased for £75.00. Please contact us to check the availability of this service and receive details of the likely timescale involved.
