Indicative Mortgage Capacity Report

You are required to answer several questions to ascertain whether you meet the requirements. Before you start the form, it is helpful to be prepared and to have to hand all the necessary information.

Do you reside in the UK for at least 6 months each calendar year?

Do you earn more than £95,000.00 gross per annum?

Do you receive a salary and/or other 'primary' income?

Are you paid in British pounds?

As a self-employed individual do you have more than 1 year's full accounts?

Do you have a deposit of £10,000 or more?

If you are unsure how much deposit you will have, please assume a minimum of £10,000. The amount will not affect your capacity to mortgage. If you are keeping your home, please assume a minimum of £10,000.
